Just got back from Tyler Park and the course looks good. There is a little bit of blowing snow on the main park road but the sun is taking care of most of it! We will have a water stop with water and Gatorade.
If you are running the Winter Series don’t forget your bibs and if you have not picked up your BCRR scarf yet, you can pick one up at registration.
If you are signed up only for the Eenie-Meanie-Minie-Moe bib pickup starts at 8:00 AM at the Boathouse.
We will have couple of guests joining us, Patrick Rodio will be setting up a table to promote the upcoming Love Run and raffle off a race entry and Andrew Gow, from Rutgers University will be around to gather information for a project from the National Science Foundation to improve measurement of cardiovascular function.
