It took a week for actual fall weather to get here, but I’ll take it. Chris, Neil, Sam, Tim and I want to congratulate the McTuesday team on winning B2B this year (although we had the trophy first, haha). Just for good measure I included a pic of the winning team from last year 😉
Let’s do another fan favorite: The Neighborhood Loop. We will meet at the base of Agony (aka Stable Mill Trail). We’ll do some light grass trails, although no trail shoes are required. This may be one of our last runs without headlamps for a while 🙁
We meet at Newtown Middle School (116 Richboro Newtown Rd, Newtown, PA 18940). The workouts follow this format: 1 mile easy warmup, about 3 miles of hill repeats, and 1 more mile of easy cooldown.
