Sunday!Sunday! Sunday! We are back in Washington Crossing for our 7:00 a.m. Canal run. This week’s Canal run will be hosted by Joe Boyce ( I am at the beach) at the usual location: Advanced Spine and Sports Medicine Washington Crossing. At 6:45. The run departs at 7:00, we will be heading North toward New Hope on the Pennsylvania side where it’s nice and shady.
As usual it’ll be water spots and gels along the way. Be there or be square! The heat wave has abated!
